SUGGESTED PROGRAMME:

Friday 20th October: Check-in at the Holiday Inn for two nights. Meet at the bar at 6.45pm. An informal FOC dinner will be coordinated at the Olivo Italian restaurant in Guildford (http://olivo.co.uk/). This is very popular restaurant frequented by the Wey Valley Amateur Radio Group and local FOC members. Booking in advance will be needed, and more details will follow.

Saturday 21st October: Afternoon tours of the local area (see below). The FOC AGM will begin at 5.30pm, with time for an open discussion immediately afterwards. Once the meeting has concluded we will adjourn and reconvene at 7.30pm for 8pm - Dinner.

We are also looking at arranging a trip to the Brooklands Museum https://www.brooklandsmuseum.com/ This is not radio of course, but offers a chance to look at some classic cars, aircraft and the famous Brooklands banked track. Former member Don G2BB, now SK, used to race there. If you are interested, please drop a note to G4HZV or G0EFO, so we can gauge the likely numbers.

Sunday 22nd October: Nigel, G3TXF has very kindly offered to host FOC members at an informal gathering at his QTH in nearby Weybridge on the Sunday morning (10am).
