• Treasurer’s report
• Installation of any new Committee members or Chairman
• Appointment of Accounts examiner
• Any Other Business (AOB)

Items of Any Other Business must be notified to the Committee Secretary, Michael G7VJR before the AGM, in accordance with para. 11.3 of the FOC Constitution. Copies of the draft minutes from last year's AGM will be circulated electronically to all members before the meeting. Please send Apologies for Absence to G7VJR, e-mail preferred.
